Sleep Disturbabnce: First you should try to change bedtime routine and position before going to sleep, such as trying on the side to make you feel comfortable, besides your back. Consider changing bed or mattress if old and has become shaggy. Also the pillow shouldnt be too high. If these changes doesnt result in desired improvement, consider a sleep study. Hope you feel better:)
