I'm sorry: Sometimes stress and change, such as having to move can make it difficult to sleep. But when you say you are always sad and always worried, it may make sense to get some counseling. Make sure you surround yourself with good friends and family members. In the meantime, don't lay in bed tossing and turning frustrated that you can't get to sleep. Get up out of bed and engage in a relaxing activity.

Have these symptoms: started since you learned that you are moving? Stressors like a move can effect sleep and mood. This is a good time to use your support system. If that isn't adequate then consider working with a counselor. In the mean time, take good care of yourself- healthy diet, exercise and enjoyable activities with others.
