A member asked:

I sometimes wake up shortly after falling asleep with pressure moving from back of neck to over top of head and nausea. what is it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Well, that can be: Tough. Do you grind your teeth at night? That can cause tension in back of neck. The nausea is hard to explain but try some zantac (ranitidine). U may be having some sort of unusual migraine in which case sumatryptan would help, gotta make sure sinuses ok. Check out terms bruxism, esophageal reflux. Do you have insomnia badly with ow energy levels and occasional crying spells? Could be part of mood?
