I have sleep apnea. if i fall asleep without my cpap i wake up seeing moving spiders in my eyes for 10-15 seconds (hypoxia?). eye md tests normal but never had this symptom before. should i see another md about this?

Among others, your symptoms suggest hypnopompic visual hallucinations, typically seen in the transition from being asleep to fully awake and described in patients with sleep disordered breathing, it is not likely that they are due to intrinsic vision issues.
