Yes: Yes the go to gal just optimize function in general anybody has these concerns should see a psychologist or psychiatrist for evaluation and possible treatment

Know thyself: I would recommend it. That you are curious about yourself and want to be a better person makes me think you might benefit from some work with a good psychologist. Could you function well in life without seeing one? Perhaps. But you may find that working with a therapist brings you even more mental wellness.

Psychologists don't just see people with mental illnesses, nor should there be a stigma if you see any mental health pro. Yet, it exists and it is people like you who help dismantle it, and at the same time, make the world, and yourself better.
