Eat less move more: Eat less, move more you dont have to exercise to move more- you can park further away at the supermarket. Eating less is important if you want to lose weight. Find out how many calories you need and eat 200 less a day, find ways to decrease fat in your diet. Also try to avoid sugar drinks.
