Many options: No easy answer. Small meals, multiple times throughout the day is the best way to eat. Do not starve urself . Proteins, avoid as much starch as possible=fried foods/potatoes/rice/pasta/bread/creamy foods. Exercise-whatever it is. Choose something u like. There is a new medication out called Belviq-discuss with u'r doc, and Lap Band Surgey a consideration also.
