Remember Tetnus shot: Go to the Doc. to get a Tetanus Shot & get antibiotics. Toes and toenails are easily infected due to the location. Pins and needles are a sign of the poor circulation because is on the tip of the toe and it's the winter. You're likely not losing your toe but it's important to prevent trouble. Now, wash it well with warm clean water and gentle soap, rinse well, dry, put clean Vaseline and gauze& go
