Lifestyle changes: Drinking water alone won't help you lose wt, if you don't change other variables of your life--other foods/drinks and activities. If drinking water alone helps people lose wt, no drug company would spend money on making wt loss pills. So, drink plenty of water, cut down the sweet/alcohol drinks, reduce food intake/junk foods, and increase physical activities will help. Consult doc. Good luck.
