As you no doubt know: MTHFR gene mutations may have many health effects including recurrent pregnancy loss.Homozygous mutations of this gene are surprisingly common.The resulting build up of homocysteine seems to promote blood clots, especially in the placenta. Anticoagulant enoxaparin is one treatment. A typical dose is 40 mg/day; perhaps higher due to your weight. 80 mg is given for some indications; talk to your Doc
