Diagnosed with dvr (deep vein thrombosis), and 11 weeks pregnant. can't take pills because of baby, therefore doctor says i must take clexane'60 injection shots twice a day, for 6 months straight. please help, thank you?

Pregnancy: That is the recommended type of anticoagulant for treatment of deep vein phlebitis during pregnancy as it doesn't harm the fetus. Anticoagulant therapy is also recommend after pregnancy for about 6 weeks as risk of phlebitis is still high during that period. A vascular surgeon should follow you and determine, along with your obstetrician and what anticoagulant would be best after the delivery
