Enoxaparin: The amount of Enoxaprin or Clexane given depends upon the reason it is being used. Generally use during pregnancy is to prevent or treat a DVT. It is dosed by mg/kg and given once or twice per day. However, administration is usually 0.2 or 0.4 mL subcutaneously. Going from 0.2 to 0.4 is doubling the dose. Before doing this speak with your doctor.
