Spinal alignment. : Although I get chiropractic care myself, I cannot support the concept of correcting misalignment. Most local deformities are due to muscle splinting and not anatomical. anatomic misalignment (we call it deformity) is not correctable with manipulation. they provide excellent massage techniques that serve to help muscle spasm with some local traction techniques that temporarily reduce pain.
