I know how a chiropractor treats a cervical spine misalignment.wondering how an md would treat it?and are most people out of alignment to some degree?

Spinal alignment. : Although I get chiropractic care myself, I cannot support the concept of correcting misalignment. Most local deformities are due to muscle splinting and not anatomical. anatomic misalignment (we call it deformity) is not correctable with manipulation. they provide excellent massage techniques that serve to help muscle spasm with some local traction techniques that temporarily reduce pain.
