Osteopath: 40's male with chronic low back pain had evaluation by chiropractor who read films as "bone spurs & compression". In California chiropractors are not licensed to diagnose. Medical literature about treatment of back pain has not demonstrated definitive efficacy from chiropractic treatments. See Osteopath, who is properly trained & licensed to perform differential diagnosis of low back disorders.
