11th November 202 a chiropractor pressed to hard on my lumbar spine and caused 2 herniated disks L4-L5 which was revealed a month ago from MRI. Is this repairable by a physio or other manual therapy or is it really bad?

Knee not back to normal in 3 weeks after drain/shot may mean a cartilage tear per MD. Drain/shot caused this? I did nothing. I am not paying for MRI.
Have had worsening low back pain for several months and now have leg weakness. Finally saw MD and had MRI to rule out herniation. Report looks totally normal. What can be cause? Muscular? Have started in PT?
