No: its not "concerning" at all...and the advice to change diet is to reduce your cholesterol/fat intake ( The "trend" is for lower and lower LDL and TOTAL Cholesterol levels! Ask your Health Care Provider for a GOAL..just to say "change diet" is NOT enough info The trend is also for patients to achieve higher and higher HDL levels (using EXERCISE to obtain this is a good idea for HEART CONDITIONING!
