High, but...: Those results do mean you have high lipid levels in your blood, and do put you at risk for heart disease. But. You're young. And you can improve this. Cut out alcohol and cut down on sugars and refined carbs, and, increase your exercise levels, and you will lower your tg, raise your hdl, and improve your chances.
