High LDL: Your LDL is certainly high and needs to be addressed but your risk of heart disease depends also on family history, hypertension and smoking history as well. Would see someone about your cholesterol.

Cholesterol: Feeling anxious, angry, and tired has nothing to do with your cholesterol. Your total is slightly higher than normal, your HDL and trigs are good. Ldl may be ok if you have no diabetes, hypertension, and your risk of heart attack is low. If you have bad family history or are a smoker, or have diabetes or hypertension and other risk factors, it needs to be less than this.

Complicated: Your total cholesterol is moderately high, your HDL is good, LDL high and vldl normal. Your risk for heart disease needs to be assessed with multiple factors not given here. It sounds as if you are depressed and this should be addressed with a psychiatrist, and your overall health with your pcp. Start with the latter and they can refer you. Good luck.
