Let's look at these>: CRP - 4.8 (CRP: 0-10mg/L), Triglyceride - 179 (Borderline high: 150 to 199 mg/dL), LDL 108 (Near optimal/above optimal), Total Cholesterol level 165 (Less than 200mg/dL is desirable), HDL 21 (Less than 40 mg/dL is a risk factor for heart disease). Here are suggestion: Your Lipid profile(blood fat levels) are abnormal but these can be controlled with medical means. if your doctor has not suggested any medical guidance, seek a second opinion, preferably from a Heart Center. The simple things that you can do is to control your weight(if high) and diet(low fat, plant based diet with no red meat) . Cut down on sweets. You should also see a cardiologist.
