Here are suggestion: Your Lipid profile(blood fat levels) are abnormal but these can be controlled with medical means. if your doctor has not suggested any medical guidance, seek a second opinion, preferably from a Heart Center. The simple things that you can do is to control your weight(if high) and diet(low fat, plant based diet with no red meat) . Cut down on sweets. You should also see a cardiologist.
