Most probably: Most probably you do not ovulate. At this point in your life, a failure to ovulate ( often caused by a hormonal problem in your hypothalamus, pituitary ovarian functions) is the most likely explanation for the fact that you "almost never have your period". There are other causes of "secondary amenorrhea" which seem less likely to apply to you. It would be wise to consult a Gyn endocrinologist.
