No.: Ovulation occurs approx 14 days before the onset of your period. The time from the onset of your period to ovulation is variable and not predictable unless you have predictable cycles. If you do not have predictable cycles you should check yourself with one the home ovulation test kits.

Ovulation: Ovulation usually occurs 12-14 days before menstruation however it can occur earlier or later.
