Cellulitis: You probably have acute cellulitis. Also it's important to make sure that you don't have diabetic foot ulcers. Sometimes the ulcers are hidden by calluses. In any case, it's important that you seen urgent medical care. I recommend going to Emergency room now. They will also evaluate you for any calf swelling bd if you have that they will get a Doppler ultrasound to check for blood clots.
