Fracture?: May have broken a bone particularly if you have diabetes. Boot or cast may be necessary. Recommend having it looked at by your doctor.

Yeoow Wee!!!: A traumatized toe, diabetic or not, means that the possibility of a fracture is high. It is best to have the toe evaluated and treated for fracture, if indeed it is. There are various was to deal with the problem depending on the extent of the injury.
