Impossible to say: When you submit such a question with no description,location, duration or other details, we have nothing to work with. Even with a good description it would be hard to answer. Rashes can be as simple as bug bites or poison Ivy or as dangerous as a feature of serious illness. If the kid is not feeling well, see someone now. If she's not bothered by it see someone in a few days.
