Rash: heat rash, viral/ allergic rash can give small bumpy rash. If there are white heads it may be folliculitis. Need to see your daughter's physician

See your doctor.: Rashes are tough to diagnose without seeing them. You should take your daughter to her doctor for the proper diagnosis. If she has a fever, it could be a viral infection or even secondary to strep. It also could be a reaction from something she was exposed to or ingested.
