Maybe: Hard to answer without seeing the rash. Dry the creases thoroughly.Moisturize 3-4 times a day with a baby cream. If not improved check with your doctor for a possible prescription cream.

Mgt: It may be a yeast infection. An anti fungal diaper cream such as Nystatin may be prescribed, and keeping her clean and dry will help both types of rash. If her eczema or the new rash persists, a follow up appt is advised.
