DRY SKIN: We usually put moisturizer to the dry skin and a mild steroid like hc 1 per cent to the persistent lesions applied thinly if needed.

.: Could be infantile eczema. Try using moisturizing cream like aveeno/aquaphor/eucerin. And give the baby a bath every other day. After a bath apply more cream. If not changing with this contact your physician.
