I tasted lysol on tip of tounge and immediately brushed my tounge to get the chemicals off can i get cancer from tasting it or it being in mouth?

No Ca risk: I cannot advise tasting household chemicals as a rule, but one episode of Lysol will not cause cancer. The biggest risk of oral cancer is due to tobacco, either chewing, smoking or "dipping".
