Yellow tongue, usually at night and in mornings, with weird soapy like taste in mouth? what is this. is it something to be concerned about? i brush twice a day including my tongue?

Sometimes deposits, deadcells etc can coat the tongue overnight and can be gently scraped off if a scraper sold otc, and is nothing to worry about. But if it persists - pl see your doc for evaluation.
