Lump under tongue: This cannot be diagnosed without a visual/clinical examination. Any swelling or unusual lesion that has been present for more than 10 days should be examined. See a dentist or oral surgeon for a clinical examination.

Consult a dentist: This can be as simple as Tartar build up. Behind the lower front teeth, there are openings of lower salivary glands & if your saliva is too thick or you have a dry mouth, The tartar(calculus) can build up. Also you may have a build up of tartar on the insides surfaces of front lower teeth. To eliminate any other condition, consult your dentist.
