Would a blood test show if i was anemic even thow it wasn't on my blood forms ?

Unclear question: A number of lab tests will reveal hemoglobin level, e.g., H&H, Hemoglobin, CBC, Spun crit etc. It would help to know what tests were ordered. CBC is a commonly ordered test that includes hemoglobin determination.
