Not really: Anemia by definition is a low hematocrit and hemoglobin count. It is not anemia if the numbers are normal. The only reason will be if you are severely dehydrated or if you have an acute severe hemorrhage and the test is taken right after the bleed or during the bleeding. The reason will be that you haven't had time redistribute your blood.

Unclear...: Anemia means a decrease in your rbc (red blood cell) count, hemoglobin content, and hematocrit level. All these parameters are part of a blood test named CBC (complete blood count) and will be abnormal if there is anemia. If the blood test is normal then anemia is unlikely.
