Cocaine: If you are being checked for anemia and they will not test for cocaine. However, your anemia may be due to Cocaine use. If the ordering MD has asked for cocaine levels then they will test. Here is a bit of advice - if you want to enjoy your life and live well and long do not use cocaine.

Anemia blood work: is different than a screen for drug of abuse. I would encourage you to stop using cocaine for the sake of your health.
