Look for carb info: If you are taking premeal rapid acting insulin based on the amount of carbs youj plan to consume, you should be able to stay with the same plan as long as you can find the grams of carbs on the package label. I don't think there is anything very different about earthquake survival food except for the packaging and possibly need to add water
