Wisdom tooth: I would recommend you see your dentist for a plain Xray to see the position of the wisdom tooth. This may be the cause. It could also be an early infection/abscess in that area which would need to be addressed as soon as possible.

Wisdom tooth: What you need is to see a Dentist, preferably a wisdom tooth expert, a specialist OralSurgeon, for an examination and a decision based on sound physiologic principals. Stop guessing, go get examined.
