See doctor: See your pcp without delay or go to urgent care/ER for chest pain to rule out cardiac cause. If you've not had a thorough physical in a year, follow-up with your pcp to get one as medical factors may be contributing to your depression. Ask for a referral to a mental health professional for guidance. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

First things first.: Go to the nearest ER for the chest pain. Why you can't move the next day is unclear, but that will follow from having a physical, blood work, history, etc. Depression can cause sluggishness, anxiety (energy consumer with stiffness later), but your first concern is that chest pain. Go now.

Get Physical Check: Even in a young man where there are psychological symptoms, chest pain needs to be promptly checked out medically with a cardiac evaluation. Once it is clear that there is not a medical problem or that the medical problem is stable, there should be a psychological evaluation. Anxiety and depression can be treated with with medication or therapy or both .

Therapy?: Ruling out any physical cause for your symptoms, I wonder if you are having panic attacks. Have you tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as panic attacks, which are common is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.

Depression, Anxiety: I understand your distress. Depression and chest pain are likely causing tiredness with the feeling of, “unable to move” You do not need to do work out, do stretches, and walk in the Nature. Chest pain could be due to anxiety due to stresses causing overwhelming feeling. See Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment of chest pain. See Psychiatrist for Therapy and Medication for Depression and Anxiety

It sounds like you: have a recurrent problem from your description. I strongly agree with the recommendations that you have already received from quite a few doctors - that this be medically evaluated. If medical causes are ruled out - would recommend working on your depression (and anxiety if that is an issue).
