Cipralex: or , escitalopram, is meant to treat anxiety / depression, approved by FDA for those indications. Success depends on right diagnosis and right choice of medications, yet at times some medicines don't work despite that and an alternative may be needed. Keep the follow up with your doctor and don't stop the medicine on your own, good luck
