Yes, no concern: Floaters are very common, become more common as we get older and are usually benign. It is very common to get floaters in one eye only and this is no reason to be concerned. Getting many new floaters all at once, esp. if accompanied by seeing flashes of light, can be a sign of retinal detachment and deserves urgent evaluation.
