What causes changes to the vitreous gel in your eye? i used to have a white crescent in the right periphery of one eye. 100% went away after starting iron. (i'm anemic.) i cannot get my iron up and my eyes now have floaters, and small white stars?

The vitreous changes with age. You need Alan eye exam to make sure nothing else is going on within the eye , namely the retina. Iron supplements do not help or fix floaters
