Dizziness: Eventhough your b.P. Is 'normal' doesnt mean its not your blood pressure. If you have your BP taken while laying down, then sitting, then standing, you can gauge if you have what's called orthostatic hypotension which occurs in people who are dehydrated, among other things. Make sure you are getting plenty of water and hopefully you will see this dizziness improve.

See your eye doctor: You can have floaters in the eyes and still be able to see clearly. By a normal eye test, if you mean being able to read letters on an eye chart clearly, this is not enough to evaluate floaters. Please see your eye doctor right away to also have a medical eye exam to be sure your floaters are not from something more serious, like a retinal tear or detachment.
