Look at home: If you are okay everywhere but home, than home contains the problem. You need to look at home environment, ideally with a good therapist, to see what is trigger (e.g. live alone, have problems with others in household, etc.) to see how "major life changes" have caused either home environment to change and/or changed how you interact with home. Are you really sure it is only problem at home?

See a therapist: Sometimes people can have symptoms that may be diagnosed as an adjustment disorder in response to major life changes. It would be good to seek help from a therapist or counselor near you.

Worsened depression.: Unfortunately when we're home, things are generally quiet at some point, and when things are quiet we start to think about our day and our life, and this gets the negative emotions going. During the day we're more acting and less thinking. Counseling will help worsening depression.
