No active treatment.: Benign thyroid nodule. It needs periodic evaluation and follow up: biochemical : TSH and free t4, this gives functional status of thyroid gland. Thyroid ultrasound : any change in size and character of nodule. Fine needle aspration , if indicated. This can be done every 6 months/yearly.
