Call your Orthodonti: Call to see if he/she will see you and clean off the glue. If not, see your general dentist.

See a DDS: I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to complete your braces treatment because of financial reasons. See any dentist to remove the glue or bonding materials, clean and polish your teeth. You can always re-start treatment at a later date.
