Maybe: Only if you have a slight or a very small cross bite. Normally for adults with major cross bites they would need some sorts of orthonagthic surgery. But it's all case dependent so why don't you see an orthodontist for a proper diagnosis. Hope that helps

If you have a skeletal mslrelationship, however, boney foundation has to be corrected as well as resetting the teeth. Tooth movement alone can actually do harm if bones do not match.
