Eating after surgery: You can eat now whatever you are able to that doesn't cause discomfort but I would avoid small seeds, chips, popcorn or nuts that could get lodged in the extraction sites.

Be patient 5-7days: Following the extraction of wisdom teeth, it is important to avoid eating solid food, crunchy, spicy, or difficult-to-chew foods. Such foods may increased pain or prevent healing and break the forming blood clot. Continue to eat a soft diet for 5-7 days.
