Diet post-ext: a soft high-protein diet for a week or so post-extraction will help promote healing. Avoid heavily spiced foods, alcohol, and don't smoke anything. Keep extraction sites clean, gently rinsing with room temperature water to help remove trapped food debris. By the end of a week you should be able to gradually return to your regular diet. Ask your General dentist or Oral Surgeon for instructions.
