Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed + bone graft in top 2. how long after wisdom teeth removal is it okay to eat crunchier/hard foods? i've seen some places list as long as 8 weeks for lower wisdom teeth, but have heard 2 weeks is the normal sweet spot?

Please check with your dentist or oral surgeon for more appropriate advice. Eight weeks is probably too long and I think it will be safe after 2 weeks if the sites are healing well and by the fourth weeks you should be completely free.

I ANSWERED THIS PREVIOUSLY BY STATING THAT IF THE EXTRACTION SITES ARE CLOSED UP SO NO FOOD CAN ENTER THE HOLES THAN IT IS OKAY TO EAT HARD FOODS. TWO OR THREE WEEKS IS NORMAL HEALING IF YOU ARE IN GOOD HEALTH.
