Risk when combined: Zoloft, (sertraline) Nefazodone, and trazodone increase serotonin which may lead to rare serotonin syndrome which requires immediate medical attention when it occurs. Work closely with prescriber and report all side effects. Combo of medication and psychotherapy and life skills is best. Best regards for relief.
