False positive UDS: Both trazodone and sertraline (Zoloft) can cause false positive drug screens. Trazodone frequently shows up as methamphetamine and sertraline can show up as benzodiazepines.

No: The typical drug screen would be negative under these drugs. If you are asking about any typical benzodiapines or narcotics the answer is no. If one does a specific drug test for these meds it would show up. Not a major concern as long as your doctor knows about them.
