Do you mean: How much is too much?? There is nothing "unhealthy" nor particularly "unhealthy" .Peanut butter has a lot of good protien but many nutritionists feel it has too much saturated fat! Salt level may also be a "concern" Hope this helps! Dr Z

Peanut butter: Look at the label of your peanut butter. It has some protein, but it has a lot of fat. These are mostly monounsaturated fats, which are good quality fats, but the overall calorie content of PB is high. How much you can eat depends on your calorie budget and what else you are eating.
